Reading Revelation 14:3-10 (RR40)

Angels appear to John.  Each has a unique message to share. And throughout it all John quotes or alludes to the prophets (what else would we expect at this point?!).  God will bring judgment on "Babylon" (a mystery at this point - to be revealed when we get to chapters 17-18). John prophesies what is to come, even as Isaiah and Jeremiah did in their day. And once again there is a summons to loyalty. Choose who to follow:  the Lamb or the beast.
